This is the website of Rajesh Babu Naidu, REALTOR® with smartPRO Realty. It explains what personal information the website collects, why, who handles it and how long it is kept. Rajesh Babu Naidu is responsible for it; contact details are at the end.
What we collect
- Forms (contact, buyer questionnaire, home evaluation, showing requests): what you enter, which page you sent it from, and the exact consent wording you agreed to, with the date and your IP address, as a record of consent.
- Listing alerts: your email, optional name, the search you saved, the consent wording, the date and your IP address, and which listings we have emailed you.
- AI assistant: the messages you type. If a chat turns into an enquiry, the details you give and the conversation are saved with it.
- Listing views: CREA’s rules require reporting each listing view to CREA’s analytics service. We send the listing number, the page that referred you, your IP address and a one-way code derived from your IP address and browser. No cookie is used for this.
Please don’t send your Social Insurance Number, bank or card numbers, or ID documents through this website. The forms and the assistant remove SIN and card numbers automatically when they spot them.
How it is used
To respond to your enquiry, arrange showings and evaluations, send the listing alerts you asked for, and keep records required by law. Marketing messages are sent only if you ticked the separate, optional box, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Your information is not sold or rented.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores enquiries and alert subscriptions; its Turnstile check blocks automated spam, and its AI Gateway carries assistant messages.
- Google (Gemini) generates the assistant’s replies from the messages you type.
- Oracle Cloud Email Delivery sends enquiry notifications to Rajesh and your listing-alert emails.
- Telnyx sends Rajesh a text-message alert with your name, contact details and topic.
- Zoho CRM is where Rajesh keeps track of enquiries and follow-ups.
- The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) supplies listing data and receives the listing-view reports described above.
Some of these providers may process information outside Canada.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and listing-alert records are kept while needed to work with you and, as a record of consent, for up to three years after you last engaged with the website or unsubscribed. After that they are deleted automatically. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Turnstile may set a cookie needed for the spam check, and the AI assistant keeps your conversation in your own browser so it’s there if you come back; clear your browser’s site data to remove it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent through this website, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing realtor@rajeshbabunaidu.ca or calling 780-566-9000. Listing alerts can be stopped from the link in any alert email. If you have a concern about how your information was handled, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
