Rajesh Babu Naidu, REALTOR® with smartPRO Realty

Rajesh Babu Naidu is a licensed REALTOR® with smartPRO Realty, helping people buy and sell homes across Alberta, from Calgary and Edmonton to the towns and communities in between.

Rajesh works in residential real estate only: houses, townhomes, duplexes and condos.

Buying or selling a home is a big decision made under time pressure. Rajesh’s job is to slow the important parts down: to explain each step, give you a straight answer about a home or a price, and keep track of every condition and deadline so nothing is missed.

Working with Rajesh

  • Buyers: from the first search to possession day, including showings, offers and conditions.
  • Sellers: pricing from recent sales, preparation, marketing and negotiation.
  • Moving within Alberta: selling in one place and buying in another, both sides planned together so the dates line up.
